Star Award (highest level)

The Sustainability Store Star Award is our highest achievement award for leadership in environmental and social responsibility. When you see a Star Award, you know the company or organization has participated in our rating process and is a leader in promoting or practicing sustainability. A Star Award demonstrates exemplary policies regarding product sourcing and commitment to sustainable business practices.  For a company or organization to achieve a  Star Award, they must must complete the Sustainability Store Sustainability Disclosure Statement. We carefully review the Disclosure Statement to determine if the Star Award requirements have been met. In addition to meeting the requirements in the Disclosure Statement, the applicant must also provide a product or service that is of interest and relevance to Sustainability Store visitors, have employees and be in existence for more than one year.
